Women's Outdoor Track and Field Finish Ninth at AAC Championships
BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C.- The women's outdoor track and field team saw four podium finishes at the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Championships over the weekend. The team finished ninth in the team standings.
Lisa Schoen had three of the podium finishes. Schoen was second in the Shot Put (12.87m) and Discus (41.93m) and third in the Javelin (34.97)
The remaining podium came from the field side as well as Payton Mannis was third in the High Jump. Mannis hit a mark of 1.53m to finish on the podium.
