Women's Outdoor Track and Field Push Competition at Lee University Invitational
CLEVELAND, Tenn.- It was a good day on the track and in the field for the women's outdoor track and field at the Lee University Invitational on Friday and Saturday. The team saw multiple top ten finishes and won the 4x400m Relay.
Grace Clemens had two top ten finishes in her events. Clemens was eighth in the 200m Race with a time of 25.17 and second in the Long Jump (5.65m).
Lisa Schoen had two second-place finishes at the meet. Schoen finished second in the Discus (42.06) and Javelin (35.39m).
A time of 13:57.76 placed Kaelyn Pluta in third-place in the 3000m Steeplechase.
Sariyah Cox finished ninth in the 400m Race by running a time of 1:00.52.
The 4x400m Relay Team of Cox, Sheridan Cruz, Jakara Tobler, and Clemens won the event with a time of 4:19.29. The 4x100m Relay Team finished fourth with a time of 49.49. The team was Cox, Cruz, Josephine Zeoli, and Clemens.
