Hassall Named AAC Women's Golfer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga.- A win at the Skyhawk Fall Invitational helped Maisie Hassall earn the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Golfer of the Week award. The first edition of the weekly award was announced on Monday.

Hassall shot two rounds of 75 over the two-day tournament to win the individual medal. The second round score of 75 helped the senior from Haywards Heath, England jump up four spots on the individual scoreboard to the top spot with a total score of 150.

This is the first weekly award for Hassall this season. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, Sept. 22.
