Women's Golf Finishes Season Sixth at AAC Championship
ACWORTH, Ga.- The women's golf team finished sixth at the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Championship on Tuesday. The team shot 353 on the final 18 holes of the 54-hole tournament at the Governors Towne Club.
On the individual scoreboard, Maisie Hassall finished tied for 21st after shooting 83 for a 247 total. Ashlynn Guy shot 89 in the third round to finish in 30th place with a total score of 277 while Cadie Prater was 35th after a round of 91 made her total score 282. June Greene (97, 287) and Maylie Stout (90, 290) were back-to-back on the scoreboard in 39th and 40th, respectively.
On the team scoreboard, the 353 score the team shot in the round gave the team a total score of 1,086.
This concludes the season for the team.
