Eight from Women's Bowling Earn MSC Honors
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Mid-South Conference (MSC) announced the year-end awards for women's bowling. Three student-athletes from Tennessee Wesleyan earned honors from the conference.
Cate Olson was named the MSC Women's Bowling Freshman of the Year. Olson took home the honor by having the highest average among freshmen from the MSC, bowling an average of 193.4 in 16 conference games.
Bricey Caudill earned a spot on the All-MSC First Team while Olson and Landry West were named to the All-MSC Second Team.
Caudill averaged 196.1 in 37 games this season and was named the MSC Bowler of the Week once during the 2025-26 season.
In 48 games (non-conference and conference) Olson averaged 189.9 pins per game. Olson took home one weekly award during the season.
West knocked down an average of 182.1 pins per game on 40 occasions this season.
West was named the team's representative to the MSC Champions of Character Team. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
Earning a spot on the MSC All-Academic Team were Caudill, Abigail Dalton, Arianna Harvey, Abigail Key, Olivia Rush, Whitney Wade, and West. In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.
