Phillips Takes Home AAC Weekly Award

WALESKA, Ga.- Bailee Phillips was named the WinWon Tech Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Pitcher of the Week. The league office announced the award on Monday. This was the third edition of the award. 

In the circle, Phillips picked up two wins and a save for the Lady Bulldogs. The Chattanooga, Tenn., native waved 14 batters away from the plate in 27.1 innings. The senior had a 1.27 earned-run average in the three appearances. Phillips also recorded six hits, two doubles, and four RBIs.

This is the first weekly award for Phillips. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, March 10.
