Frost and Chancey sign with TWC to continue softball career

Alyssa Chancey, Walker Valley High School
Carly Frost and Alyssa Chancey commit to Tennessee Wesleyan College to continue their education and softball career. This duo is from Walker Valley High School, in Cleveland, TN. With the dedication of these two young ladies they have helped Walker Valley go 85-32 the past four years, finishing as the District 5-AAA runner-up and advancing to the Region 3-AAA playoffs each of the last three seasons.
Frost has played many positions including; pitcher, first base and the outfield. "What we like about Carly is her versatility. You always love to get a good left-handed pitcher, but she can also play first base or the outfield for us. She's a good slap hitter with very good speed." Coach Brooks explained. Carly plans on majoring in Political Science. She is the proud daughter of Craig and Annette Frost.
Chancey's primary position is behind the plate as a catcher. She has been named to the all-district team. "AJ has great command behind the plate. She's technically sound and has a good bat," the Lady Bulldog coach added. Alyssa is the proud daughter of Dylan Chancey and Cara-Lynn Chancey.
