Compton Named MSC Men's Bowler of the Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Mid-South Conference (MSC) announced the ninth edition of the weekly award for men's bowling on Tuesday. Cameron Compton was named the Men's Bowler of the Week by the conference office.

Compton took home the award based on his performance at the McKendree Match Games this past weekend. The senior recorded a fourth-place finish at the event, finishing with a total of 1,440 pins downed through five games, an average of 228 pins per game. Compton helped the team finish tenth at the tournament and earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team. 

This is the first weekly award for Compton. The next edition of the weekly award will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
