Ballenilla Takes Home AAC Weekly Award

WALESKA, Ga.- For the fifth time this season, Tennessee Wesleyan had a player take home a conference weekly award. This time, David Ballenilla was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week.

The junior batted .375 during a week where the Bulldogs went 3-1. Along with his two doubles, the Boston, Mass. native hit a home run and finished with 11 RBIs. Ballenilla also scored six times during the team's four games. 

This is the first weekly award for Ballenilla. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, March 30.
