Shaw Named to 2025 Avista NAIA World Series All-Tournament Team

LEWISTON, Idaho- Corbin Shaw was named to the 2025 Avista NAIA World Series All-Tournament Team at first base for his play during the series. Members of the media and tournament committees selected the All-Tournament Team honorees. The team was announced after Friday night's championship game.

In four games at the plate, Shaw had a .500 batting average, going 7-14 with four runs, a double, one home run, three RBIs, and two walks. The senior's home run was a three-run bomb in the team's 17-7 win against Webber International University. The Conyers, Ga. native had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage on first base, recording 34 putouts and one assist in 35 total chances, and helped convert six double plays. 

Shaw was named to the All-Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) First Team and the AAC Tournament MVP during the 2025 season.
